Healing Without Medicine

Taoist Master, Yun Xiang Tseng, a child prodigy from the ancient Wudang Mountains demonstrates 4 movements ( in the second link called Stillness in Motion) combining inhalation and exhalation along with mental visualization. Select two times a day for this internal "medicine " discipline of the masters and feel your body respond. Be patient with yourself and move only as is comfortable. This man is a Master of his art so maybe your twisting is only 1/4 or 1/8 or just a thought in your head. Yes, this can also be done with the mind until you feel you can move. One day at a time with diligent practice, you will feel more energy and the beneficial blood flow and cleansing of the kidneys, liver, and heart.
