Note: Correction to related links at bottom of post are now  corrected.

Meditation is really very simple. You can meditation anywhere.

  1. Right now as you sit in front of your screen, notice your breathing.
  2. As you breathe, notice any sensations or tingling, warm areas or cool areas in your body.
  3.  If you get a thought that is ok just return to your breathing.
1-2-3 ... Now, isn't that easy?

How do you feel? Better? Notice the slightest difference in improvement of your mood or pain level and try the meditation again. It really is a wonderful way to reduce pain or uplift your mood or relax you.

Here is a guided meditation by Deepak Chopra. Try it and notice how you feel. Now that you know how easy meditation is, practice everyday and everywhere. Pain or emotion relief will become automatic.
