7 Huna Principles

The 7 Huna principles are powerful and can be used in every area of life. I loved my Huna classes and enjoyed creating `Huna Magic` Here is my creative presentation for the 7 Huna Principles.

HUNA : A very long time ago there were wise men and women who studied the patterns of nature, the behavior of animals, plants and humans, and they came to some conclusions about life, what life was all about and how it works. And they gave name to this work: Huna, Kahuna, inner knowledge, secret, hidden knowledge.

IKE :
The world Is How you THINK it is. Our ideas create our reality. When we have a desire to change our reality, environment our circumstance we must change ourselves.

KALA :

There are no limits

While eating lunch one day I looked out the window and desired to see an animal cloud. I looked down at my soup took a bite and and as I looked up I saw this beautiful dolphin cloud. Oh Thank you! Kala There are no limits. Think out of the box that your beliefs have formed. Ask the question... What else is possible? and the universe will respond.

MAKIA ( MA KEE A ) :

Energy Flow Where Attention Goes.

A very quick and easy way to experiment with this principle is to take 30 seconds and focus on your finger tips. Hold your hands out in front of you with palms up and focus for an uninterrupted 30 seconds or more on your finger tips. Ready ? Go.

Now did you feel anything happening like tingling, or warmth or numbness or pulsing? This principle can bring you more of what you are focusing on whether it be Aunt Martha's strict rules or appreciation of the weather. You will have more of that. Energy flows where attention goes. We become what we think about.

Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change ~ Wayne Dyer

Manawa

MANAWA :

Now is the moment of power. NOW is the moment of POWER. When lightening strikes does it feed nutrients into the earth the day before or the day after? Right when it strikes is the moment of power. Get into the now with every moment. Feel the air on your skin and the coolness of your breath in your lungs. Listen, smell, feel, this is the NOW where you have the most power.

Aloha

ALOHA :

Love is to be happy with

By Serge Kahili King: ALOHA. Aloha, which is so often taken to mean hello and good-bye. And it is used that way. We speak of the spirit of aloha which is so often taken to mean friendship. And it is friendship. But it is more. More than friendship, more than hello and good-bye, Aloha means love. Pure and simple, this ...is the meaning of that beautiful word. Love.

And even deeper within the word is the meaning of love, which is To be happy with. To be happy with something or someone, this is the great discovery, the most marvelous secret of this knowledge that was discovered by these people. That to love is to be happy with. To the degree that you are happy with yourself, with other people, with the world around you, you are in love. And love is being expressed, and love is flowing. But to the degree that you are criticizing, to the degree that you have anger, are not pleased with, do not like things in people around you, you reduce and diminish love. So that love has nothing to do with pain. Love has nothing to do with hurting people or being hurt. Love is the happiness in any relationship. Love is the happiness and the joy and the friendship and the pleasure in any relationship. Because to love is to be happy with.
