How I Learned About Law of Attraction

 I used to be laughed at for my imaginative stories and positive attitude. When I saw the evidence of synchronicity I began to connect all the dots and could see my Power ! 



When I was 6 years old I remember having this momentary desire to learn all I could about the universe. I wanted to know how it worked. I felt that would be the ultimate to know as much as I could about this. Quite a unique desire for such a young girl but that desire manifested and I continue to realize more and more about the universe.




I knew this reflective response from the universe was in place even before I learned of The Secret and Law of Attraction. I just discovered it on my own. Just happened to have a nice couple who befriended me after my divorce and they had an orange VW Volkswagen Beetle. 
 I began seeing orange VW Beetles everywhere ! 
I called this phenomena the Orange Volkswagen Theory. 



That was in the early 90's.  I knew about and practiced creative visualization through Shakti Gawain. Then when The Secret came out I bought the dvd, the book and audio of the film The Secret.  



I played the audio of The Secret by Rhonda Byrne while I drove, I had a special viewing for my Tai Chi and Reiki students and their families. I wanted to shout it to the world, " Hey look everybody ! You can create a good life !"

I practice every day being conscious and choosing fun things to do. Sometimes I may find myself talking or complaining about things I do not like but I remember to take my focus onto a whole different a more pleasurable activity that interests me. 



When you begin it is helpful to
  • Notice how many times a day you worry or project the worse case scenario
  • Practice looking on the bright side.
  • Pay attention to your attitude
  • Learn to let go and let God
  • Enjoy being in the present moment


You create your life from your dominate thoughts, beliefs, and focus. With practice your beliefs, thoughts and focus will work together in harmony. You will see a difference.

All emotions are valid but let us give positive emotions, those emotions that feel good, the spotlight in this post.


 POSITIVE EMOTIONS PRODUCE GOOD FEELING HORMONES

A great benefit of positive emotions is that they feel good. Feeling good increases production of dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin hormones. 

Here is how you can produce your own happy hormones.

  • Eat with a loved one and boost oxytocin levels
  • Laugh with a friend and boost dopamine and endorphin levels
  • Listen to instrumental music that gives you goose bumps and boost dopamine.
  • Listen to music you really enjoy and this can increase serotonin production.
  • Plan a romantic evening and cuddle with a loved one. This contributes to oxytocin production.
  • Cuddle, pet, scratch, or brush your pet. This can contribute to oxytocin production.
  • Take a break from stress. Walk, ride a bike, meditate, breathe, engaging with other people. Any of these activities can increase dopamine, serotonin, and even endorphins. 
  • A massage can boost  all 4 of your good feeling hormones..

Use The Power of Imagination

 We now know how powerful our imagination is. We can use it to envision a better outcome. It is easy to use our imagination to  envision a disastrous outcome. We do it all the time. So if we know imagination is a powerful tool then I am proposing here that we use it wisely.  Most of this world is suffering in one way or another. The recent illnesses and restrictions, and changes around us has left many of us feeling powerless. Our heads are hung low and we comply to outrageous restrictions and our mouths are speaking against these things we do not like repeatedly. These attitudes can bolster and feed injustice like a wild fire.  I am suggesting we turn that around to imagine what we would prefer to happen. What would that look like to you ? Do you dare think it and enjoy that thought ? 


Here is an example of how imagination can be used in any situation you prefer or feel the need to change. .



YOUR IMAGINATION CAN WORK WONDERS



I read a true account of a woman who was driving in West Los Angeles. At a stop light, a bus is at her right and an elderly gray-haired lady is hurrying diagonally across the intersection trying to catch the bus. When the light changed the bus drove on leaving the lady behind in the street. The woman watching this from car, could not actually help the elderly gray-haired lady she had to keep going with the traffic. The woman felt compassion and decided to give the woman a lift with her imagination. So in Imagination she opens the door and gives the lady a lift. Then still in her imagination she hears the lady tell her she is meeting a few friends and if she had to wait for another bus she was afraid her friends would leave without her.

Within  a half a minute the woman felt satisfied about the situation with the elderly gray-haired lady, which she had created with her Imagination story.

Four blocks ahead, that woman stopped at a light, where someone tapped on the window, it was the gray-haired lady standing outside her car out of breath. The woman lowered her window and the lady said," I have missed my bus could you give me a ride? Friends are waiting for me and I do not want to be left behind." The woman opens her door to let the lady in. Six blocks further down the road the lady says, "Oh there are my friends !" The lady thanks the driver and gets out.



 So what will you do next time you feel powerless over a situation ?


Try something new. Evolve the tendency to imagine the worst. 

Use your imagination. Imagine a good outcome. Exercise your imagination muscles. Do this daily.

Think of the possibilities.

Can you remember a time when you had a challenging experience?  Maybe everything connected to that experience was difficult and nothing seemed to go well. You may have felt angry, frustrated, put upon or cursed by some bad karma. But you have a choice on how to handle the situation. In this post I will share an experience that was quite frustrating. I made a decision to approached it with a good attitude. I had heard some time ago that a good attitude can really help make things a lot easier. My experience just happens to be a weather storm but any challenging time can be referred to as a storm. 


Here is my story of how I got through this 

frustrating experience:


One day I felt dread at the idea of going out into a fierce storm to feed my llamas. 


I know by experience that a feeling of dread can dominate the whole situation and follow you for the rest of the day or longer. 


I dressed for the occasion and put on my snow pants and my coat and warm farm girl work gloves. I stepped outdoors and I found it is not so bad as I first thought.



It is helpful to notice what is going right. It lightens up the situation.



I made my way towards the llama corral. The winds were howling, it was cold, and the snow pelted against my rain jacket.  I could feel myself beginning to trudge, so I become aware of my posture, my facial expression and how I move through the task or situation. These features have a remarkable effect on our attitudes and outcomes.




No I did not do this but a few years ago I used to be afraid of the snow. I made up my mind to have fun in the snow and I began dancing in it. I made good friends with the snow that day. 



 

I approached the stack of hay to feed the llamas. I began to unravel the tarps that tangled in the winds and undid the tie downs on the hay pallet. The wind was blowing hard and the snow was wet against my face. I fed the llamas and was ready to tie down the tarps over the hay with the bungie cords. I couldn't see inside the hay stack to attach the tie downs so I knelt down in the wet snow. I still could not see for my hood was flapping over my face and my long hair was whipping over my eyes. 


 

I groped for my coat zipper with my wet glove and pulled down on the zipper tab. I was instantly freed and I could feel the wet blast of storm winds on my face and head. 



After my hood was blown off I could see what I was doing and the freedom I felt was exhilarating. That initial feeling of dread was far behind me, I laughed out loud while attaching the tie downs on the wildly flapping hay tarp and just happened to look up to see a lovely pale blue winter sky appear out of the dark clouds. It was a break in the storm. What a great feeling I got. I was actually beaming and felt thankful. 


These adjustments to our thinking, our expressions and posture really make a difference. We can unknowingly scowl and trudge through our experiences. Be aware. It is a choice.  


Be calm in the storm and when you are aware of dread, make a choice to live life with an attitude that can help you get through these challenges that life brings. Look for all there is to appreciate in each moment. It may start out a bit rocky but it does smooth out if we let it. The more we practice this awareness and make choices that support our well-being the easier it gets. 



I believe or perceive that blue sky appearing on that dark, wet, and windy day was a wink from God.

How I Found My Dream Relationship

 

My dream man was a perfect match to me after learning and
practicing the universal principles. Like attracts Like.

If you are a man reading this know that these universal principles are helpful for both men and women.

This is my journey on how I manifest my dream relationship...

I was lonely and attracted the same bad relationships. It was because I attracted the same kind of men over and over that I began to wonder why.  



LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE

The answer was I was looking outside of myself for love. 
So I leaned how to find love inside myself. One day I walked down the aisles of Barnes and Noble, a book store. A book fell off the shelf and landed at my feet. It was called The Logic of Love by Swami Chetanananda and it helped me  As I read this book, it soothed my loneliness.

LOVE THYSELF
Write down 10 qualities that you are looking for in a relationship and develop them within yourself. 
Like Attracts Like

Note: You will find your own lessons to love yourself. Ask the Universe to help you.

I got myself a mentor a person/teacher who guides you because they have experience. I was crying over yet another man who left me and She suggested I write down 10 qualities that I wanted in a mate. When I was finished writing the 10 qualities down, she asked me to read them out loud to her. Then she said, "Now you must develop those qualities in yourself."  I was shocked. But I did what she suggested. I developed those 10 qualities. For example,  kindness,  love for nature,  positive mindset, love for hiking, and passion for spiritual or metaphysical education etc. I had so much fun developing these qualities in myself. I quickly manifested a great metaphysical school where I took classes. Out of the blue I got a brochure from a nature group and signed up for one of their hikes, A client invited me to a 4 day metaphysical workshop out in Temecula, CA. Many opportunities opened up.


BE THING YOU DREAM OF HAVING 

I met this really cool man who matched my list but he did not want to commit. 

In the past I put up with anything just to be in a relationship and also fearing I would be alone. But I had the courage to be honest and say I wanted a committed relationship. You cannot fall in love with potential because you will be disappointed over and over again. 


SPEAK YOUR TRUTH

 I  had faith that if I was meant to have a good relationship then the universe would deliver it. I totally let go.

LET GO 


In two months my daughter met a man in a bar that really impressed her and she set us up on a blind date. Though I have a great and funny story to tell on this I will stick to the subject and that is once I let go... once I developed the qualities I wanted in a husband or relationship, the universe delivered the perfect match for me.


That man was wonderful and we got married a year later.


The universe is always, reflecting the perfect match for you according to your thoughts and beliefs, your dominate focus and emotions. 

Here are some attitudes, moods, and feelings that will keep you locked in the cycle of looking for love.

  • Complaining you are lonely
  • Feeling jealous when you see another couple in love
  • Feeling victimized, not worthy, or good enough
  • Noticing you have not found your perfect mate yet

A Better Relationship With Money


Make a vow to have a better relationship with money

 I have caught myself saying things like this.

I never get enough of you and when you are here I am afraid of losing you.

Does that sound like a healthy relationship? No. Yet we may be thinking about money like this.

  • You are with me and then you leave.
  • I find out you have been with someone more successful than me.
  • I cannot figure out how to make you stay with me.
  • I am not good enough for you.
  • I am exhausted trying to keep you 

Sound like some of the thoughts about money you have?



I have a Money Vow that will welcome money. I heard this from Rikka Zimmerman. Say this vow and change your attitude about money and the vibration will send a more positive message to the universe and the forces of Law of Attraction will this reflect back to you. You can create your own vow for money also.

EFT Tapping Helps a Headache

EFT Tapping works anywhere.
I used it on this ride and got great results.


I was in the desert with my four wheel drive club. I was having so much fun until our club voted to go 25 miles farther. I was tired, hot and I was getting a headache. We were miles and miles from the city and I had to stay with the group. 

I used my tapping to get rid of my headache, re-energize myself and change my perception of the situation. I tapped in a different way than usual by touching the points and moving or jiggling/stimulating the skin with a slight light pressure instead of tapping. Tapping seemed to difficult on the treacherous rocky trail and too obvious in a crowd.

You can learn tapping from videos on youtube and articles on the web. It is easy to learn. Use tapping anytime you want to feel better mentally, physically, and/or emotionally.


  •  I rated my condition a 10 which was intense.
  • Karate chop point "Even though I am not feeling well I forgive myself and I want to feel better"(note: just saying that was healing.)
  • I continued to identify my feelings and touched and jiggled the points. I just told the story of how I felt as I went through the points. I came up with more emotions as I touched the points such as angry, powerless, fearful, sad and then after about 4 rounds I began to yawn which felt like relief. 


I was down to a 2 rating which was low. I ended by breathing in while bringing my attention above my head and exhaling while bringing my attention to the earth below. This was very grounding.
I began to feel much better and my headache dissolved I was at a 1.
I was able to enjoy the rest of the ride.


The effects of tapping are accumulative. throughout my ride I continued to feel better !

Seeing Number 1's Everywhere?

Seeing 1's everywhere? Here is why.

 Here are 3 reasons why you are seeing 1's.


1. In numerology this means the universe has opened a gateway for you. 

2.  1, 11, 111, and 1111 in Angel Numbers all mean: "Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts are manifesting instantly into form. Focus only upon your desires and not upon your fears." 

3. When number 1's show up in a sequence, it may jog your curiosity and interest. The part of your brain called the Reticular Activating System (RAS) actually senses this number you find intriguing and signals you to turn and see it when it appears near you. This seeking system within your brain also exists in animals for hunting. 

FYI: whatever you give most of your focus to your RAS will hunt down for you. This could be for good and not so good. Choose your focus wisely.

Yummy Keto Hamburger Buns

Delicious keto burger buns recipe.
My husband loved them.
Just made these and they are so good !
All you need is Mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and parchment paper while baking, and melted butter to brush on the top.
This went together really fast. While melting the cheeses I was leery. How is this going to turn into bread, I wondered.

Keto burger bun recipe dough is 

Once the eggs and almond flour was added I scooped up 6 handfuls and plopped them down on the pan. The butter is for brushing on the top before baking.

I preheated the oven to 400 degrees
and slid the pan in for 10-12 minutes adding 2 minutes for a golden brown finish. Your times will vary.
Here is what they looked like.

Keto Burger Buns.




These buns smelled like cheese bread
and tasted like cheese bread. The texture was perfect. They held together under the big strong hands of my husband. He really loved his hamburger.


These buns were light and fluffy
yet sturdy enough to hold together.

EFT for ITP A Testimonial by Archana Mahtani

Today I want to share with you'll an experience which we had over the past month. Rohan woke up one morning with what looked like a rash, to be diagnosed with a condition called ITP. I am not going into details on this which can easily be googled for. A condition where platelets counts fall. The normal being 150000+ and in Rohan's case fell to 0 ! Further he was discharged from the A&E with a whole lot of precautions mainly to make sure he doesn’t bump or bleed. No medications were given to increase the platelets count and no indication as how soon he would recover. 
So in simple words we had to watch him 24/7 making sure he didn't mildly bump from the corner of a table or door handle, scratch or trip in anyway. No school, or traveling abroad, no vaccinations, no contact sports, cycling .... felt like our life had changed overnight ! 

So why did he get this .... A Post Viral condition that gets triggered on weeks after the viral has cleared. And it may not necessarily be a heavy flu. Apparently it's a common condition. 

So where did this leave us. Instead of waiting for him to recover, i immediately started thinking about everything I knew in energy work & alternative healing. It seemed like a test for all the knowledge I had gained over the years. Upon checking with Rohan he felt most comfortable with EFT. Each morning and evening we prayed then did an EFT session in the garden amongst nature receiving immense guidance from our Angels & Guides. EFT is such a simple fun technique. 3 weeks of simple EFT Tapping and enjoying making up silly words rhymes and poems, laughing & giggling. We furthermore focused on foods to increase platelet counts alongside a session of Reiki & Oracle card reading for guidance. 

And was this going to work, we hoped. For me I just wanted Rohan to be in a happy place. It is my strong belief that if we could help shift his vibration he would heal himself.

Learn Tai Chi Chih Video







Tai Chi Chih was developed by Justin Stone.  I took a  Tai chi Chih class at the YMCA. I wanted to learn more about how energy was cultivated. I was trained in ballet and found the movements quite different. I felt  more freedom of movement. There is no pushing or shoving, stress or trying to do it exactly right.  Movement are soft, slow, meditative, and calming. Relax and breathe. Everyone moves at their own pace. In time the movements become easier and our understanding becomes deeper.

Soon after beginning Tai chi Chih class, I came home to find I was locked out of the house. I used some of the principles of Tai Chi Chih to open the window and climb inside. I shifted my weight to the right leg and moved from my center below the navel. Then I lifted my left leg parallel to the ground and entered into the window.  The movements and principles you learn while practicing Tai Chi, Qigong, or Tai Chi Chih will be with you a lifetime and help you maneuver through your day more easily. Tai Chi follows the path of least resistance. You can discover where you hold your tension and relax those areas. You can perform the movements standing, sitting or lying down.
