 Just right now, pay attention to your breathing. Feel how the air flows in through the nose and the warmth of the air as it is exhaled out. Go ahead and sit comfortably in your chair place your hands on your lap and notice and observe your breathing for a moment or two.
 
How did that feel? Most will be amazed at how their minds became calm or their body relaxed. Some of you may have noticed you were out of breath a bit but as you breathed with awareness your breath flowed more easily.
 
Paying attention to your breathing throughout your day for a moment or so each time will
  • reduce your stress
  • clear your mind
  • reduce tension
  • help you see things in a different perspective
  • improve creativity
  • improve immune function as well as improve your respiratory, digestive and circulation.
  • help you feel better
  • reduce anxiety, fear and anger
