EFT for ITP A Testimonial by Archana Mahtani

A Testimonial by Archana Mahtani

Today I want to share with you'll an experience which we had over the past month. Rohan woke up one morning with what looked like a rash, to be diagnosed with a condition called ITP. I am not going into details on this which can easily be googled for. A condition where platelets counts fall. The normal being 150000+ and in Rohan's case fell to 0 ! Further he was discharged from the A&E with a whole lot of precautions mainly to make sure he doesn’t bump or bleed. No medications were given to increase the platelets count and no indication as how soon he would recover.
So in simple words we had to watch him 24/7 making sure he didn't mildly bump from the corner of a table or door handle, scratch or trip in anyway. No school, or traveling abroad, no vaccinations, no contact sports, cycling .... felt like our life had changed overnight !

So why did he get this .... A Post Viral condition that gets triggered on weeks after the viral has cleared. And it may not necessarily be a heavy flu. Apparently it's a common condition.

So where did this leave us. Instead of waiting for him to recover, i immediately started thinking about everything I knew in energy work & alternative healing. It seemed like a test for all the knowledge I had gained over the years. Upon checking with Rohan he felt most comfortable with EFT. Each morning and evening we prayed then did an EFT session in the garden amongst nature receiving immense guidance from our Angels & Guides. EFT is such a simple fun technique. 3 weeks of simple EFT Tapping and enjoying making up silly words rhymes and poems, laughing & giggling. We furthermore focused on foods to increase platelet counts alongside a session of Reiki & Oracle card reading for guidance.

And was this going to work, we hoped. For me I just wanted Rohan to be in a happy place. It is my strong belief that if we could help shift his vibration he would heal himself.
I spoke to a co Fairyologist who is the EFT guru, I'd say. I am indebted to Deborah Moon Moen . Her words, Archana Mahtani you are well equipped to breeze through this, and the words repeatedly in my mind 'you got this' kept me going.

So last week Rohan had his test and when Sam called telling me of what the scores were I was speechless, overwhelmed with tears. Could this happen 0 to 135000 in 3 weeks after being repeatedly told not to expect too much, give it a year.
I could hear from the other side of the phone, Sam saying "it worked"

Rohan has been discharged. We are just so grateful for this miracle and today I want to make all aware of this simple EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique that has immediate affects on your body and mind as you tap on 8 specific acupressure meridian points. Its scope is phenomenal and my request to all is please please try tap tap tap for any problem big or small that you may have. It works directly on a cellular level and has claimed to cure phobias, cancer, autoimmune as in this case. You never know, you could heal yourself too !

Heartfelt thanks to my family Alicia PAC, Dr. Pravin & Dr. Gadia helping us understand the condition and being a strong support to us during this time.

Thank you Archana, for this wonderful testimonial that you have shared with us.

Tapping is so easy to learn and very effective. I have it in my well-being tool box and can use it anytime anywhere and for anything that keeps me from my good life. Here is Iyanla Vanzant. She is a pistol and gives some powerful schooling on toxic emotions and how tapping can help. This video is free and will guide you to the free Tapping World Summit where I learned many valuable lessons on tapping. Of course there is an upgrade but the event is 100% free.

Learn Tai Chi Chih Video

Tai Chi Chih was developed by Justin Stone.  I took a  Tai chi Chih class at the YMCA. I wanted to learn more about how energy was cultivated. I was trained in ballet and found the movements quite different. I felt  more freedom of movement. There is no pushing or shoving, stress or trying to do it exactly right.  Movement are soft, slow, meditative, and calming. Relax and breathe. Everyone moves at their own pace. In time the movements become easier and our understanding becomes deeper.

Soon after beginning Tai chi Chih class, I came home to find I was locked out of the house. I used some of the principles of Tai Chi Chih to open the window and climb inside. I shifted my weight to the right leg and moved from my center below the navel. Then I lifted my left leg parallel to the ground and entered into the window.  The movements and principles you learn while practicing Tai Chi, Qigong, or Tai Chi Chih will be with you a lifetime and help you maneuver through your day more easily. Tai Chi follows the path of least resistance. You can discover where you hold your tension and relax those areas. You can perform the movements standing, sitting or lying down.

Brain Balancing Exercises For Autism, ADD, ADHD,

Photo from www.freeimages.com
# 1433669 by Tomas M

This morning I found a video playlist on youtube, com about brain balancing exercises for children labeled with learning disabilities. I have two members of my family who can benefit from this information. Our schools and parents could benefit from this information. People who learn these methods can step forward and help others with this information.

The playlist I have below has exercises that retrain the brain to connect right and left hemispheres. Many benefits can come from doing these like being able to feel calm, longer attention span, better communication skills, better reading and comprehension, spelling and writing ability as well as improved immune function, co-ordination, well-being and more.

Exercising the brain takes repetition to train and rewire how the brain works but these are fun and the time spent with your kids is so worth it. 3 times a week so the brain can rest.
Here is a playlist link of brain balancing Exercises.

Below is a youtube.com video link of the playlist of these exercises.

12 Steps ~ AA Part 2

Deborah's Little Gems

If you would like to read Part 1 go here: 12 Steps~Part 1

Note: All views expressed here are the opinion and experience of Deborah'Moon"Moen

Entering into the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous or any 12 Step program:
The experience was like walking into a different realm. From the chaos of dealing with drinking and drugging to a well organized program. There is a secretary, a treasurer, a coffee maker, principles, steps and sharing, even a Big Blue Book to have for reference and study. A peer group materializes before our eyes. Once we were alone and now we are among others 100, 1.000, or more who understand and support us.

It is the beginning of great transformation There are endless possibilities. It is all up to each individual to choose which path to take. While attending meetings, participants are asked to identify as an alcoholic before they share.

My Name is __________ and I am an alcoholic.

Some Scenarios that may occur in the 12 Step Program:
  • Some people may slip into their original pattern for many reasons but the reason may be because it feels better, more familiar and provides relief. Change can be frightening and stressful.
  • Others remain in the 12 Step Programs because they continue to receive the benefits and support they desire or benefit greatly from helping others.
  • Some people believe they will always, in All Ways, forever be an Alcoholic and attend because they are afraid if they do not go they will go back to drinking.
  • Some people have a calling to explore the spiritual aspects of their being  More about that in 12 Steps the Awakening Part 3.

Some Benefits of 12 Step programs: These are not in a particular order. And there are  many more benefits I have only mentioned a few here.

  • It does feel wonderful to have support through the members and sponsors
  • It feels wonderful to be a part of a group and witness first hand people who have overcome or managed their challenges.
  • What is shared in the room stays in the room usually
  • Gradually awareness emerges in different stages. The fog of denial is lifted as per individual perception and beliefs.
  • It is wonderful to have some structure and a solution
  • How wonderful to learn responsibility, to be of service
  • Feeling the love of giving by placing $1 in the donation basket ( optional)
  • Aspire towards helping others by attraction not promotion (being the change we would like to have for others)
  • Feeling relief to have our mind diverted and to practice new ways of living.

For the first time I felt peace.

It was a Sunday meeting at a Gazebo outside a hospital, which had someone read the St Francis prayer and after the reading the room would go silent for 5 minutes. This 5 minutes of silence seemed impossible to get through at first.

Regularly attending this meeting helped me overcome the fear of being still. I grew to love the St. Frances prayer and the peace of mind that 5 minutes of silence had given me. I learned the prayer by heart and was often asked to recite it from memory. In a room full of people who suffered from confusion, including me, this was a miracle.

After many such meetings at the Gazebo, I had an opportunity to attend a 12 Step meditation on Sunset Beach far away from my home group. This turned out to be a very enriching experience which allowed me to sit quietly for 20 minutes. I actually experienced a dropping down feeling which almost sent me onto the floor. I found out later while sharing my experience with meditating during the meeting, that this was my body relaxing or letting go of yet another layer of stress or sinking deeper into relaxation.

I eventually found a meditation class near my home at the Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights, California.

12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous Part 1

Deborah's Little Gems

The first formal steps I took  out of my chaotic life were the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Going back 31 years, at age 39, I took my first steps to freedom. I found my way to the meeting through a hospital program in which my former husband was attending. It was part of a hospital chemical dependency program commitment. I attended the CDC Program to support my alcoholic husband. He had promised to get help after I left the home after a spiritual realization I had one day.

The 12 Steps are worded in a language from the 1930's  The more you read the Big Book and practice its teachings in your life, the more you come to understand it. If you want to learn about the man who began this organization of Alcoholics Anonymous, you can read about him and how he came to know Dr. Bob, here: http://www.steppingstones.org/billsstory.html it is a very good history read.
